Hitch — the rebrand. The product is now Hitch: every user-visible string, LLM prompt and doc moves seller → talent and buyer → client (the anonymity labels become "Talent N", the names Atelier / Recruiter become Hitch, the theme key flips to hitch-theme, uploads bucket aliased). Wire contracts, DB schema, routes, Pusher channels and infra identifiers are deliberately unchanged, and the intent matcher accepts both vocabularies so old phrasings still match. The newly-landed auth surfaces were swept into the new vocabulary too.
Research chain v2. SAGE now writes a narrative final report that rides into every agent's context (and STERLING's dossier); the post-SAGE stages run in parallel; LENS becomes a pure curator (keep / describe / suggest-home) while placement authority moves to the document owners — MASON places curated imagery in the brief and IRIS in About You, in parallel — and a tagged [SAGE NOTE] tells MIRA what landed. MASON also gets a mandatory client-summary opener and the full dossier in context.
Un-gated planner lanes. MASON + IRIS now start at turn-start in parallel with Atlas and nothing waits on them, so complete ships as soon as the fast + slow lanes finish (the old 28s architect-wait budget is gone); the answer-ingest planners run concurrently, and the web client resyncs the workspace when MASON's diff lands outside the snapshot.
The entry funnel. A guest clicking the brief-ready CTA now gets a sign-in upsell pitching the concierge treatment (decline → the plain search); a signed-in client goes straight to concierge; the profile sign-in state picks the continue path (guest search vs concierge); an early "see results" CTA reveals finalists with 2+ offers mid-run; and the topbar's third tab opens the shortlist or concierge by state.
Talent imagery + one opening per run. SCOUT picks now carry each talent's Fiverr profile photo + gig cover onto the finalist cards (kept out of the anonymized pre-reveal feed), and STERLING sends a single shared opening per run — one LLM call reused across every talent.
This docs hub & housekeeping. The agents-architecture doc caught up to the four-lane reality, the weekly report was chunked into these daily pages, and the whole thing now serves at shilo.recruiter.f-labs.dev on its own CDN origin + cert, kept fresh by a path-filtered deploy-docs job. Plus per-project concierge run ids (no cross-project leak), tappable agent-change chips (Brief → dock, Profile → About You), the IRIS client-vs-project line, and the seller SPA light-theme / dead-token repair.
Crew.amos lands real Fiverr OAuth sign-in (replacing the basic-auth gate; guests still work in fiverr mode); Avishay finishes the header / guest-vs-signed-in identity and the Interview chat-message + composer redesign (#37 / #39 / #41); Tzafrir fixes the preview teardown ordering (#38).
