- Watch the brief compose itself. The brief now reveals live as MASON edits it — each block lights up and fills in, one at a time, driven by MASON's own authoritative list of which blocks it changed. Only the blocks that genuinely changed get highlighted (a real content diff, not a re-render flash), and the sweep was slowed right down so it reads as deliberate authorship rather than a flicker.
- STYLO learns the client's real brand. STYLO now opens the client's website in a real headless browser, screenshots it, and pulls the actual brand colours and font off the page — so the exported brief is styled in the client's own look instead of a generic palette. The browser stays running from worker boot so it's ready the moment it's needed.
- HERALD goes live in the status line. The activity-log narrator (now named HERALD) writes the "finding your match" status you see while a run is in flight, wired to the real concierge run — and joins the admin agent-debug dashboard alongside the rest of the crew. The search-term agent picked up its name too: SCOUT.
- MASON stops saying "Not specified". MASON now receives the budget and timeline the client actually gave, reads the whole brief as context, retires stale open questions, and simply omits what it doesn't know rather than padding the brief with "not specified" placeholders.
- MIRA never goes silent. MIRA's replies are now strictly structured with a graceful fallback, killing the occasional empty "(no reply)" bubble — and she's told to never write em-dashes.
- Your work follows you in. Sign in and the work you did as a guest is really claimed onto your new account (images, files, and the in-progress project all survive the round-trip). Clients can now upload their own files into the chat (upload, serve, delete), and deep-research results push to the screen the moment they land.
- Crew. Tzafrir stood up a whole pre-prod environment plus the Fiverr dev connectivity it needs (a fixed outgoing IP and a shared-secret header), and closed a data-scoping (IDOR) hole on search runs. Avishay moved CI to Node 24 runtimes, fixed stale preview pages, and reworded the hero to "Start with anything".
The single biggest day of the week — the live brief reveal and real-brand styling both landed here.
