- Big-client handoffs reach the customer-success team. When the team stops the assistant to take over a high-value client's conversation by hand, a tidy snapshot of that handoff is now shared into the analytics warehouse, so customer success can pick it up and follow through. And if that client later asks to be forgotten, those shared records are cleared out along with everything else.
- Real moderation controls for the team. The admin side can now block a person — the assistant turns them away at the door — or unblock them again, remove a user entirely, read the exact back-and-forth held with each piece of talent, scan a ranked results table, and download any brief in one click. A seller's name in the list also links straight to their Fiverr profile.
- Your session fails softly, never silently. When a Fiverr sign-in quietly expires, you now see a clear "sign back in" dialog instead of being dropped to a guest with your place lost.
- Budgets stay honest, and the scout shows its reasoning. Dollar figures are always read as whole dollars now — a guessing step that could misread an amount is gone — and the talent scout works to a clear budget target band with the evidence behind every number on display. A once-per-project heads-up also appears for sensitive fields like finance, health or law.
- Cleaner matches, warmer outreach. Offers the reviewer has already turned down can no longer reappear as finalist cards, each card carries the talent's real proven standing, and when outreach has to decline a proposal it now argues plainly on the client's behalf and closes the conversation on a calm two-beat note.
- A one-call way into Mira, and a VIP shortlist for the scout. A partner can now open a Mira conversation together with its very first message in a single call, with a dedicated landing page for the Fiverr job-post gate — and the scout gained a curated list of 110 top "Recommended" sellers it prioritises by proven quality. Every admin view also picked up its own shareable web address.
- A data platform for the pre-launch environment. The internal go-live-candidate environment came up with its own analytics: dashboards, a usage funnel that captures every step of the journey, separate spend tracking, and a load-test runner that rehearses real traffic — plus an alert that flags bot-blocked activity to the team, and demotion to guest the moment a Fiverr connection dies.
- Frontend comfort. An answered question no longer flashes back after a refresh, the chat scrolls clear of the docked widget instead of behind it, the results card shows a package price range rather than an hourly rate, and the brief's little progress tab appears on the guest search screen.
The biggest day since the production push. High-value client takeovers now feed a customer-success handoff into the analytics warehouse; the admin side gains real moderation power — block, unblock, delete, and a full audit of every talent conversation; sessions fail softly instead of silently; budgets are locked to whole dollars; and the crew brings up an external one-call entry into Mira, a curated VIP shortlist for the scout, and a full data-and-analytics platform for the pre-launch environment.
