- The talent scout becomes a far more disciplined headhunter. It now leads with a person's core profession as the primary fit test — a designer proposed for a developer role can never score as a strong match — sorts everyone into clear fit tiers anchored to the discipline you asked for, and screens each candidate against the brief's real must-haves before ranking. A required location or time-zone is now a hard gate, not a nice-to-have, and narrow sub-specialities stop leaking in where they don't belong. The result is a tighter, more honest shortlist that actually looks like who you asked for.
- Mira now searches for talent through three doors, not one. A third search engine joins the scout, so it can look for people across more of Fiverr at once, with the assistant itself aware of the new source when it nudges the hunt along. When a search comes up thin it falls back to a query built straight from your brief, and it now aims squarely at a focused shortlist of about a dozen rather than trawling a sixty-strong pool.
- The match cards show the package that actually fits you. Instead of always advertising a talent's cheapest tier, each card now shows the specific package that matches your budget and your deadline — the price and delivery you'd really get — and that best-fitting package rides along with the finalist through the whole flow. Guests see three result cards, in line with the finalist shortlist.
- The talent negotiator (STERLING) got a round of hands-on polish. It now frames numbers as an estimate rather than a hard offer, acknowledges partial answers instead of ignoring them, opens with a bold-headline introduction and can format its messages, gently pushes back on a figure that's clearly too low, and reintroduces Mira as "an AI headhunter" in its own words. The client-facing outreach fallback drops that same phrase where it didn't belong.
- High-value clients aren't left in the dark during a human takeover. When the team pauses the assistant to step in by hand, a big client is now told, calmly, that a person is looking after them — and if they arrived as a guest, their contact details are gently collected so the team can follow up.
- Cleaner first briefs and a tidier profile. Starting a second project no longer inherits the first project's category or a stale section heading, past-project summaries stay with Mira alone rather than bleeding a prior brand, budget or timeline into the new brief, the "About You" page loses its stray add-a-block picker, and the date question drops its confusing "no fixed date" escape. A brief also gets a single, consistent set of visibility rules applied wherever it's exported.
- Same-role bulk hiring is kept sane at the door. Ask for "two QA testers" and Mira now clearly contains that to one talent search per project up front, and states all three parts of that reasoning so it never quietly splits into a tangle.
- Under the hood: sturdier screens, safer messages, calmer CI. The app gains layered error boundaries so one broken panel can't blank the whole screen, and a crash on certain live-update events is fixed. Oversized real-time messages are now split cleanly instead of being dropped, the guest identity cache is bound to each caller so no two visitors can be confused, a timed-out talent is no longer shut out and can still send an offer, and the expensive live agent-test suite is taken off the per-PR path to stop burning money on every change.
A big scout-and-quality day — fifty commits, mostly a deep sharpening of talent search. The scout gets core-profession fit gating, discipline-anchored tiers, must-have screening, hard location/time-zone gates, a third search engine and a brief-derived fallback aimed at a ~12-person shortlist; the cards show the budget-and-deadline-fitting package; STERLING lands a batch of Micha QA polish; big clients are told during a takeover and guests' details collected; first briefs stop inheriting prior context; same-role bulk hiring is contained; and the crew adds error boundaries, splits oversized messages, isolates guest identity and takes the costly live suite off per-PR CI.
